Description

This bug tracks the progress of adding telemetry to help us determine the average length of translated select text in words.

Steps to implement

  • Add a telemetry event category for translation word count
  • Determine the word-count of selected text
  • Trigger telemetry event when a translation request is invoked.

Tests to implement

  • Test that the logged word counts are correct.
