Steps to reproduce
- I haven't been able to consistently reproduce it, but I've seen it multiple times. Right after navigating (via posting a form or clicking a link or something), the first scroll gesture has the pull-to-refresh basically already at the bottom of the gesture, so as soon as you tap up if you're not careful, you refresh the page.
Device information
- Firefox version: Latest nightly
- Android device model: Oneplus 11 pro
- Android OS version: 13
Steps to reproduce
Open bbc.co.uk/news
Long press the red NEWS text at the top left
Tap Open link in new tab
Tap the SWITCH toast message
On the new tab, drag downwards a very very short distance, just a few mm
The Pull to refresh spinner appears and a drag of only a few mm causes it to turn blue which triggers a refresh
-> INCORRECT BEHAVIOR
It should take a drag of 20-30 mm to make the spinner blue and trigger a refresh
See also bug 1872589, the switching tab behavior here might have the same cause???

I'm seeing this all the time as well. With any luck, bug 1872170 will address this.
