187291 - All Mozilla windows hangs after starting downlading [corrupted XUL.mfl]

All of a sudden when I I click on the link where file is not supported by the
browser itself and need to be downloaded, the hole application hangs. It does
not redraw windows, but consume a lot of CPU.

Everything was fine just a few days ago. So it might be something else not
mozilla. I'll continue looking into it.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open any

Can you try this:

-Quit Mozilla and Quickstart (if running)
-Delete the file XUL.mfl in your profile dir
-Restart

(XUL.mfl is a cache and is re-created after startup if missing)
