Steps to reproduce:
Hitting the "get messages" button does all the accounts.
In the previous versions it allowed you to select any one of the accounts.
This was quite useful when waiting for a particular email to come in.
Actual results:
All email accounts were processed

I said request for enhancement below but it is a defect in that is was removed.
Already fixed in bug 1837152 but not shipped in 115.

As a workaround, right-click on the "cloud with lightning" symbol in the folder pane header (if not disabled).
