1875685 - Not possible to mark more than one folder since upgrade to Supernova

Steps to reproduce:

I'm used to mark more than one folder by marking then first one, pressing the shift key and the marking the last one.
Or marking different folders while pressing the CTRL key.
This is not possible anymore!
After marking those folders I was able to right click on the selection and e.g "Mark Folders Read"

Actual results:

Upgrade from existing Thunderbird installation 102.15.0 -> 115.3.1 (Supernova) on 20231001.
And until the latest version 115.6.1 no change on this behavior.

Expected results:

Marking the first folder, pressing the shift key and then marking the last folder.
Or marking different folders while pressing the CTRL key.
Folder should be marked.
Right click on the marked selection and the click on e.g. "Mark Folders Read".
