For bug1899051, bug1899057 we need to ship the intervention for all platforms, not only Android

Hi Raul, do you recall which ones you tested and maybe we can remove only them?

I checked weaversofireland.com (https://github.com/webcompat/web-bugs/issues/116816) and it's still reproducible without the intervention.
