To support the mozilla-central git migration (bug 1863519), some adjustments will be necessary to our existing localization infrastructure. We would like to take this opportunity to refactor our repositories and scripts somewhat more deeply, and to proactively start moving L10n repos to git already during 2024 H1.

Some of this work is tracked outside bugzilla, such as in https://github.com/mozilla-l10n/firefox-l10n-source.
