Details
"webassembly-studio-rust" and "webassembly-studio-clang" have not been updated since 2018 and are running EOL'd stacks. "wasmexplorer-service" was last updated in 2021, but is on the same EOL'd stack as the others and is constantly crashing on startup (124 critical errors in the last 24 hours alone).
For safety lets put these in maintenance mode to disconnect the dynos from the world
