We have received this report via webcompat but moved it here since we do not have a Samsung S24 to test on our own. Based on the articles provided in the report, it seems there are many users experiencing this issue.

Note: Feel free to move the issue if the component/product is wrong.

Hi, I have exactly the same problem since getting my S24 a few days ago. Other browsers seem to work absolutely fine. I have recorded a video to illustrate what's happening:
