Steps to reproduce:
When I am in Thunderbird email unified folder inbox, and I have an unread message and I click the "Delete" button in the custom toolbar, the message moves to the Unified Folder Trash folder and the counter changes to 1. Then you click File, Empty Trash, and the counter remains at 1.
Actual results:
After emptying the trash whether you select File, Empty Trash or right click the unified Trash folder and select Empty Trash - it DOES NOT reset the unread message count in the trash folder from 1 to blank (0).
Expected results:
Upon selecting Empty Trash the Thunderbird Email client should empty the trash and reset the unread message count to 0 or blank.
Here is a link to watch a video of what I am talking about.
