• use FR VPN
• set browser.search.region = FR
• set extensions.formautofill.addresses.capture.requiredFields = empty
• set extensions.formautofill.addresses.experiments.enabled = true
• set extensions.formautofill.addresses.supportedCountries = US,CA,FR

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to https://www.maison123.com/
2. Add an item to cart and proceed to checkout
3. Manually fill in the delivery details and choose to save the address in the doorhanger
4. Go to the next page and fill in the personal details

Expected result

• The Update doorhanger is displayed and the newly filled in personal values are captured.

Actual result

• The Save doorhanger is displayed where the Firstname is not captured and US is captured instead of FR.

Regression range

Additional notes

• I've tested this on macOS 11 ARM where the Update doorhanger is displayed after filling in the personal details, although the Firstname and phone are not captured there.
• This seems to be related to pref extensions.formautofill.addresses.supportedCountries because the second address doorhanger is not displayed when setting this pref only to FR
• The issue can not be reproduced in Google Chrome.
