Adapt the existing frontend code to use the incoming server from bug 1860333, and a dummy (at least at first) outgoing server using the interface from bug 1882574, if EWS is detected and selected by the user, when finalising the account config.

Actually it looks like this bug was forgotten when the feature was implemented. EWS-capable accounts should be automatically set up with the native server types when created using the "Exchange Web Services" section of the setup flow.
