188429 - Default font for Japanese sets to the wrong fonts on MacOS X

After you create new profile and go to the Japanese web site, the font is used
in the site is wrong.

Steps of reproduce
1. Create new profile
2. Go to above URL

The font is used in the web site is not "Osaka". 

3. Open the preference dialog
4. Choose Appearance->Fonts in the preference dialog
5. Choose Japanese for Fonts for
6. Click on OK in the preference dialog 

The font in the Japanese web site is displayed correctly.

It seems that the default font information is not read from macpref.js file when
you create new profile.

Tested 01-08 Trunk MacOS build. This worked fine in 7.01.

This happens in 01-27-03 MachO Trunk build.

Because of this, some Japanese symbols are displayed as wrong characters.
This is very bad behavior.  I renominate this to nsbeta1.

I tested this on 5-17 MacOS trunk build.  Howver, because of the bug 206782, I
could not see the default font setting.

I changed 2 lines to the same as Naoki's patch in Macprefs.js file.

+pref("font.name.serif.ja", "ヒラギノ明朝 Pro W3"); 
+pref("font.name.sans-serif.ja", "ヒラギノ角ゴ Pro W3"); 

The problem is fixed.

I forgot to mention that I tested the patch with 5-28-1.4 MacOS X build and
5-28-03 trunk MacOS X build.  This patch works on both build.
