Steps to reproduce:

TB 115.8.1 (64-bit)
I attempted to adjust the column widths in the Message pane.

Actual results:

The width adjustment did not track the mouse; instead it changed much more slowly that the mouse movement. Other column widths changed at the same time. Often (yes, not every time) after releasing the mouse, the column widths reverted to their previous setting.

Expected results:

Each column width adjustment, and only that column setting, should track the mouse.
