We have a bunch of issues on a TSan build of Firefox because of how signal handling works and also we have some TSan warnings about lock-order-inversion. Also nearly all tests are disabled on TSan currenlty, and the rest is intermittently failing. This meta bug gathers all of these issues in a single place so it's easier to track.
