Steps to reproduce

1. Add an item to cart and checkout as guest on https://www.sportchek.ca/en/
2. Fill in manually all the details

Expected result

• All entered values are captured in the "Save address" doorhanger.

Actual result

• The country field is captured twice in the "Save address" doorhanger.

Additional notes

• Johannes: "the address form on this website describes province with country-prefix (CA-BC). The address summary displayed in the doorhanger directly displays this, not-normalized. If we want the summary to display the normalized Province value instead (BC in this case), (which I think would make sense), we could indeed use a new issue."
• The issue can be reproduced in Google Chrome.

I've replicated this issue using Nightly 126.0a1 (2024-03-25) on Windows 10 x64.
Verified as fixed in the latest Nightly 127.0a1 version on Windows 10 x64, macOS 13, and Ubuntu 22.04, as the issue no longer occurs.
However I've observed that the country is still saved twice in the address management (e.g., CA-ON), but it's saved correctly when saving the address within the Edit panel. I've submitted Bug 1891994 for this issue.

Ryan, thank you for the ping! I don't think we need to uplift this patch to beta, this patch only changes the UI display.
