1888828 - collapsing of attachment pane fails after resizing

Attachment: 1 - resized attachment, expanded.png

steps to reproduce:

1. expand the attachment pane (if not already expanded)
2. resize the attachment pane (by moving the horizontal divider upwards)
3. collapse the attachment pane

expected results:

attachment pane should be collapsed, i.e. only the summary line should be visible (9 attachments, 29.3MB, save all)

actual results:

See screenshot #2 below.
The attachment pane doesn't collapse, only the files are hidden. So a large empty gray area remains.

deduping

There are lots of similar bugs, but I couldn't find a true match.
