occasionally, the vertical scrollbar does not lose focus after dragging the
slider, which still follows mouse movements, even though the mouse has been
released, and can only be stopped by clicking inside the browser window.

hard to immediately reproduce, but seems to happen most frequently with very
long pages. try slashdot, for a few days...

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
I don't think I've ever seen this happen, but maybe it's related in some way to
my bug 185918. rolux, can you still reproduce this problem using a current
nightly build?
