Mayank, I can't reproduce in the latest nightly build. The fix for Bug 1889600 is available in the latest nightly.
Can you still reproduce it?

Bug 1842544 shows a different artifact on the same page (but wtih sw-wr). So if you have sw-wr, you now see 2 different glitches.

The Fx126 soft code freeze starts this week, Fx126 goes to beta on 2024-04-15.
Should Bug 1887810 be backed out of central to give time to investigate? Bug 1888400 was already backed out.

I was able to replicate the issue on an affected Firefox Nightly build from 2024-04-04, using macOS 12.6.6, while following the steps described in Comment 0.
Verified as fixed on Firefox Beta 126.0b8, build ID 20240501022718, using macOS 12.6.6, Ubuntu 22.04 and Windows 11.
No fuzzy line joining the right arm and tail can be observed after loading the demo from https://codepen.io/alvaromontoro/pen/YzOjOWQ
