Many teams create potential reusable web components as "domain specific" components initially. This is done when it's unclear if we have more than one use case for a particular component, as well as in cases where a team needs to move quickly to build something for a feature and doesn't have time to go through the extra processes and rounds of review that can be involved in making a component fully reusable. I figured it would be helpful to collect bugs for "graduating" some of these domain specific components in a single place. This should give us more visibility into what teams are building and help the recomp team with prioritization.
