RESOLVED DUPLICATE of bug 258822

People

(Reporter: vincent-moz, Assigned: jag+mozilla)

Details

User-Agent:       Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux ppc; en-US; rv:1.3b) Gecko/20021226
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux ppc; en-US; rv:1.3b) Gecko/20021226

When switching to fullscreen, three additional buttons appear in the toolbar.
These buttons should have tooltips.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
This report isn't very clear. I assume the reporter is talking about the
minimize, restore and close buttons that appear in the top-right of the window
when in fullscreen mode. Confirmed on WinXP.

On Windows, these need the (localisable) tooltips
* "Minimize"
* "Restore"
* "Close"
...to be in line with IE6.

The bug should be expanded to all platforms. Filing a sister bug, Bug 257317,
for Firefox.
Yes, they are these three buttons (I didn't know how they were called).
