Steps to reproduce
- Open Firefox.
- Crash Firefox using "about:crashparent".
- Click the "Restart Firefox" button in the "Mozilla Crash Reporter" dialog.
Expected result
- Firefox restarts after sending the crash report.
Actual result
- Firefox fails to restart.
Regression range
- The issue appears to happen from the changes introduced in Firefox 115.9.0esr, as the last good build was Firefox 115.8.0esr. Looking at the issues, I think Bug 1874235 could be the cause for this behavior.

This is bug 1882080, I forgot to uplift it to ESR.
