Steps to reproduce:
1 - Tools > Message Filters
2 - Click the New button
3 - Click the "Subject" dropdown and choose the "Customize..." item
4 - Click Cancel to close the Customize Headers dialog
5 - Click the "Subject" dropdown again
Actual results:
The dropdown doesn't open and doesn't seem to respond to clicks.
Clicking on the "contains" dropdown makes the "Subject" dropdown responsive again.
Expected results:
The dropdown should open and display the various items.
