if open private window first, previous normal session is restored

Steps to reproduce:

opened a normal window after opening a private window:

  1. start Fx (normal window)
  2. browse to a site (even have multiple tabs open)
  3. close Fx
  4. start a private window (I RMB on pinned taskbar icon)
  5. start a normal session (I RMB on pinned taskbar icon)

Actual results:

the normal window restored the previous normal window session tabs

Expected results:

the normal window should show as it normally would when opening Firefox
(I have Fx open to a blank tab, no sites loaded.)

Can you confirm if "Open previous windows and tabs" is checked in your settings?

That option is not checked, thus "(I have Fx open to a blank tab, no sites loaded.)" and this bug report :-)
