purpose

It might be helpful to collect and thereby highlight reports of bugs affecting third parties (i.e. not just the Thunderbird user alone), because:

  1. they can negatively affect Thunderbird's standing and reputation
  2. they may be embarrassing for the Thunderbird user vis-à-vis other people (boss, family, etc.)

scope

In order to be eligible for this list, the bug must somehow affect/involve a 3rd party – this is the common denominator of the bugs here.
The aggrieved party may be either the 3rd party or the TB user.
