As a followup to Bug 1894128 and Bug 1896628 (both of which will be hitting a condprof job failure due to the changes to the DNR API namespace properties representing DNR rule limits), this bug is tracking removal of the skip-if condprof once the conditioned profiles have been refreshed and include the new API schema changes introduced for these two bugzilla issues.
