We now have non experimental workers, it is time to add matching scopes: generic-worker:os-group:gecko-t/t-linux-2204-wayland/snap_sudo

We can also probably remove the experimental ones we added:

• generic-worker:os-group:gecko-t/t-linux-2204-wayland-exp-alissy/snap_sudo
• generic-worker:os-group:gecko-t/t-linux-2204-wayland-exp-a2/snap_sudo

(I dont think there are others)
