Similar to bug 1901235 we'd like to be able to run Snap tests on Ubuntu 24.04

So we'd need some variant of gecko-t/t-linux-2404-wayland, e.g., gecko-t/t-linux-2404-wayland-snap that is should be similar to what has been done for gecko-t/t-linux-2204-wayland but with Ubuntu 24.04 instead of 22.04
