[Why is this notable]: Adds a setting to control the Privacy Preserving Attribution experiment (see links below). This is an experimental API to provide an alternative to using tracking for attribution to advertisers.

[Suggested wording]: Firefox 128 introduces an experimental Privacy Preserving Attribution API, which provides an alternative to user tracking for ad attribution. This experiment is only enabled via origin trial, and can be disabled in the new Website Advertising Preferences section in the Privacy and Security settings.
