1901739 - Removing organization field doesn't update title and role fields

Description

STR:

• Fill out all the organization fields in a contact
• Save the contact
• Edit the contact again
• Remove the organization fields

Expected result: title, role and organization entries are removed

Actual result: only organization entries are removed

Workaround: save with title and role empty first, then save with organization fields removed

Testing completed (on c-c, etc.): Tested on c-c, automated tests.
Risk to taking this patch (and alternatives if risky): Low risk - code is covered by automated tests and fairly small change.
