1904951 - Fenix's PDF Viewer find-in-page UI has a blank gray bar above it (unless you disable dynamic toolbar)

Steps to reproduce

1. View some multi-page PDF in Firefox on Android, e.g. this PDF:
   https://www.adobe.com/support/products/enterprise/knowledgecenter/media/c4611_sample_explain.pdf
2. Tap Firefox's 3-dot-menu and choose "Find in page"
3. Look at the find-in-page searchbar that appears, and how much of the PDF that it covers up.

Expected behavior

The searchbar UI should be properly sized with no awkward blank area.

Actual behavior

The searchbar UI is roughly twice as tall as it needs to be, with the top half being blank (and that blank area covering up the page).

• Firefox version: 129.0a1 2024-06-25
• Android device model: Pixel 8
• Android OS version: 14

Also tested on Pixel 6a with Android 15 beta.
This isn't a recent regression; I can reproduce in old builds, e.g. 2023-07-02.
If you turn off the dynamic toolbar (settings|customize|scroll-to-toolbar:off), then the issue goes away and the toolbar looks properly-sized.

This has been an issue for a long time - bug 1908639.
Working on something related, will see if this can easily be fixed also.

This issue is no longer reproducible on the latest Nightly 132.0a1 from 09/12. Beta and Release versions remain still affected until the fix is uplifted/rides the trains.
Tested with the following devices:

• Samsung Galaxy A53 5G (Android 14)
• Xiaomi 12 Pro (Android 13)
• Samsung Tab S8 Ultra 5G (Android 14)
  Closing as fixed.
