If you go on print preview, there is only "page 1 of 1". If you want to print,
only the first page is printed. But there are 4 pages! Microsoft's Internet
Explorer prints 4 pages correctly.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open "http://www.bundesbank.de/bargeld/euro_muenzen.php?pf=true"
2.print the page, or
3.use print preview

Actual Results:  
only 1 page is printed

Expected Results:  
print 4 pages

none

This is also true for trunk build 20030124-17. Maybe this has something to do
with the <table>, which is longer than one printed page.

Are there any absolutely positioned elements in the page? This could be a dup 
of bug 149155 or bug 122750 ..

Yes, there are position:absolure div's:
The page contains: <div id="Layer1">
And the applied stylesheet http://www.bundesbank.de/styles/bbk800.css contains:
#Layer1  { position:absolute;

So the problem is caused by bug 122750 and I'm resolving it as duplicate.
If you find a difference between this and that bug, please reopen with explanation.

I do not think this is quite the same as bug 122750, but it is a dup of bug 184999.
