How to reproduce:
- Under Choose your default Windows mode, select Dark. Under Choose your default app mode, select Dark. See how: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/change-colors-in-windows-d26ef4d6-819a-581c-1581-493cfcc005fe
- Open a message
Expected:
- Have background in dark
- Have text colour in light
Reality:
- Background is light
- Textcolour is dark

This was done as part of 128.0ESR smoke testing.
That never worked for HTML messages. Not a regression, see bug 1715361.
