1906705 - Message Body As menu HTML options broken for feeds

STR:

1. Have a feed in your profile
2. Select a feed article
3. Click on "more v" in the message header
4. Click on "Message Body As" in the menu that opened
5. Select one of the 2 bottom formatting options for plaintext <-> simple html

Expected result:
The feed body is rendered with the selected method.

Actual result:
Nothing happens and the error Uncaught ReferenceError: gDisallow_classes_no_html is not defined is logged.

This does not affect the same options available in the View menu of the menubar, as such the functionality is still available, just hard to discover.
