Details
The standard thread pane column headers all have tooltips, however the current ThreadPaneColumns.addCustomColumn does not allow add-ons to add tooltips.

I've only tested TB 128 (I've upgraded all my profiles now). I don't have the capability to easily test this on 115. The smoketesting add-ons in bug 1817682 comment 34 might be able to run with 115 if needed.
