An important requirement from when the passwords feature was implemented was to secure passwords access.
In this regard passwords can be seen/accessed only after the user is authenticated and only for their current session - when the user leaves the application / puts it to background the passwords list should be hidden - https://github.com/mozilla-mobile/fenix/pull/19505

This currently works when opening the passwords list from settings but not when opening the passwords list from the 3dot menu.
Bug exists with the current menu and will migrate to the redesigned one also - https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D217166 so this seems like an important security issue to be fixed.
