Steps to reproduce
- Open the latest Nightly 130.0a1.
- Visit a website, and tap on a link inside the page.
- Tap the back arrow button on the navigation bar (left pointing arrow).
- Using an external mouse, hover over the navigation bar buttons (forward arrow button, new tab + button, tabs tray button).
- Observe the hover on the new tab + button, tabs tray button.
Expected behavior
The hover state is removed from the actionable buttons after moving the cursor away.
Actual behavior
The hover state is not always removed right away from the new tab + button and/or tabs tray button after moving the cursor away, while the back/forward button is active.
Device information
Android device model/OS: Google Pixel 8 Pro (Android 14)
Fenix Version: Nightly Fenix 130.0a1 from 07/29.
Any additional information?
Not reproducible on homepage or on the first page on a website when the back/forward buttons are inactive.
Not reproducible in custom tabs.
Not reproducible on a tablet device, Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra (Android 14).
Not reproducible with with stylus pen on supported devices.

Zac says this bug doesn't need to block the toolbar since it is standard Android system behavior.
