Bug 1844558 adds the console message. We should include a learn more link so devs can read more about the feature and how to avoid classification / purging.
It can be added via devtools/server/actors/errordocs.js.
The learn more link should link to MDN or a page we control like the firefox-source-docs.
https://github.com/privacycg/nav-tracking-mitigations/blob/main/bounce-tracking-explainer.md and the other docs linked there could be a good source for the new docs.
We can add the same learn mode link to the message added in Bug 1844561.
