Steps to reproduce:

Suddenly all messages between my last-15 message and down to a specific msg in Oct 2018 do not display anything when selected ! I see their entries in the main page but I can't see the contents.

I am doing a "Repair Folder" : 46495 messages ! it's going to take a very long time :-(
Hoping that the bug will not repeat.

Question - how (and when) did you get to version 128, did you do a manual Help > About to update?

TB update : I don't remember exactly. I think it just came as a request to update that I acknowledged. Maybe about 10 days ago ?

This problem never happened with the prior versions (before "nebula").
It is certainly related with a specific email (below which I couldn't see the messages unless going ~4k messages down).
I created a second bug report as a result of the Folder Repair operation. 81 messages (all from the same source) came, all incorrectly timestamped as the repair operation date-time ! But these emails source code contained the correct timestamp.
So I have hope that if TB knows again how to parse correctly these messages (it's a big regression !), it could solve the initial problem.

"Program Files (x86)" suggests that this is a 32bit installation running into bug 1911076. Is that correct? You're using POP?

Using IMAP.
How a 32 bits and buggy version of TB ended up on my PC is a big mystery !
Is there a proven and safe way to return to a viable version of TB (probably 115) ?

This would be bug 1911076 then.
With 128.1.1 (out later today) things should work, though repair folder may be needed.
