Steps to reproduce:
Add email address to the To: list
Right click
From the context menu select Move to Cc
Open up the cc list
Try again, from the context menu select Move to Cc
Drag the name to the cc list (this works)
Try again, from the context menu select Move to Cc
Actual results:
Nothing
Expected results:
The email address should move between the cc and To lists
"Move to CC" works here. Are you using any add-ons?
EDIT: Oops, overlooked version 128, tested on 115. Apologies.
