Attachment: When initially composing the message.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Compose a new message to a newsgroup.
2. Add a follow-up-to address that includes another newsgroup.
3. Save the message as a draft.
4. Select the draft message in its folder and edit it.

Expected result:
Followup-to address pill contains the newsgroup only.

Actual result:
Followup-to address pill contains the newsgroup followed by " <>".
