Read pdf to check correct attachment

Actual results:

Tab opened: "pdf.js viewer" displayed
dot to the left scanning side to side

PDF doc not displayed

This happens when checking prior to sending and when attempting to view an incoming pdf attachment

Expected results:

PDF document should be displayed in a new tab
