Operating system: OnePlus 6 A6000 (Android 11)
Firefox version: Nightly 131.0a1-20240820095153

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to https://helpx.adobe.com/support.html
  2. If prompted select the US website.
  3. Dismiss the cookie banner.
  4. Tap on the Chat icon.
  5. Tap on the input field.

Expected Behavior:
The input field is visible while typing.

Actual Behavior:
The input field is not visible, the on screen keyboard overlaps.

  2. Reproducible regardless of the ETP status
  3. Reproducible on Firefox Release as well
  4. Not reproducible on Chrome
  5. Issue found during WebCompat team [Top100] websites testing

We can call this diagnosed, then, and presumably fixed-in-Nightly at least by bug 1884807.

Verified the issue and I could no longer reproduce it, based on the steps to reproduce.

Tested with:

Browser / Version: Firefox Release 132.0.2 (2016055415-🦎132.0.2-20241110192737🦎)/Firefox Nightly 134.0a1 (2016056767-🦎134.0a1-20241117211558🦎)
Operating System: Google Pixel 3 (Android 12) -1080 x 2160 pixels, 18:9 ratio (~443 ppi density)
Operating System: Oppo Find X5 (Android 13) - 1080 x 2400 pixels, 20:9 ratio (~402 ppi density)
