User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.15; rv:129.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/129.0
Steps to reproduce:
I don't know if it started with 130.0b2, but for the last couple of days everytime I close Thunderbird and open it again Google wants me to reenter the credentials, including jumping through all the prove-that-you-are-you hoops.
This has never been the case before.
Sounds like bug 1912738 which should be fixed in 130.0b2. Can you delete the OAuth2 scopes to see whether that fixes the issue. See bug 1912556 comment #27.
I deleted the scopes and so far it hasn't come up again indeed.
I'll monitor the situation. Thanks for the tip!

Ok, let's close this then.
GMail works, but starting with 130.0b3 I can not log in into web.de anymore.
I tried accessing an account at web.de which works via their webmail, but I can't get access using TB 115, 128 and 130 beta. Do you have a free or paid account? Does it still work in 115 and 128? The changes in bug 1912556 and bug 1912738 were related to OAuth2, which AFAICT web.de doesn't use.
I'm using a free account. I don't have older versions for testing right now, but I installed 130.0b3 today, and web.de worked flawlessly before that, so there must be something that changed.
web.de had an outage about 8 hours ago, now I can access again via TB 115 and 130. Also, at times they withdraw IMAP/POP access, so check that in their web interface.
Yep, today everything's fine again. Sorry for the stir! It was a very big coincidence...
