After setting up an Exchange account that uses OAuth, access the account settings.
The Authentication method menulist shows OAuth2 as selected, but in the list of available options is not available.

Hi Alex, what version and language are you using here? I have tried with 128 and Daily but don't see this issue with a couple of accounts that use Oauth2

Sorry I see it now - I had the test accounts set to use IMAP instead of EWS

We only need to do it on init, since it's not allowed to change hostname without restart.
