Note: I was previously part of this org (See https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1837415) before the my exit/re-entry this spring.

So, same as last bug - the team "mozilla-services" doesn't exist - are you looking for the "everyone" team? Or no team membership at all?
Once we have the team (and any subsequent approvals) sorted out, looks like everything else is in place.

I ended up getting added directly to the repo that I needed, so we can cancel this request.
