in-app-notification-container and its descendants should be styled to look as mocked up for the donation variant of the notification. This can all be one css file, which gets loaded in the shadow root of the in-app-notification-container.
The best way to check out how it looks during development will be with storybook, where there already is a story for the container.
Notably this does not include positioning in the main window.
