1919800 - Display the QR code(s) in the export wizard

Once the user has selected the accounts and the collection of QR codes has been generated, display the QR codes one at a time within the wizard with Back/Next buttons to view and scan each one.

User impact if declined: Can't easily export accounts to Thunderbird for Android.
Testing completed (on c-c, etc.): Comprehensive automated tests, manual testing with Thunderbird for Android against builds (including QA).
Risk to taking this patch (and alternatives if risky): Moderate risk, modifies a new settings section, worst case breaks the settings of the application.
