Please use the production URL for this - https://notifications.thunderbird.net/notifications.json for beta, release and ESR.

Can you use this so that we can use the staging URL for our local builds and Daily:

Regression caused by (bug #):
User impact if declined: In-app notifications are not enabled
Testing completed (on c-c, etc.): Some automated tests, branding variants untested.
Risk to taking this patch (and alternatives if risky): Pref changes only - changes the in-app notifications update url based on branding, but other than that just flips a pref. Worst case the system doesn't end up enabled.
