Thunderbird open settings
Select Conten Type
Action/Use Other
Actual results:
Select Helper Application menue opens, but does only display partially menu buttons in the lower area.
Expected results:
Full-size menu with full access to all buttons

The screenshot and comment 0 both indicate that this is a Thunderbird issue. We cannot reproduce in Firefox. Also, Thunderbird does not make the dialog resizable, but Firefox does, which would at least allow a workaround for this.
If there is some way to reproduce this issue in Firefox we'd be happy to take a closer look...

(to be clear I don't know that just making it resizable is sufficient to fix the issue - it's difficult for me to be sure because I can't repro in Firefox and nor could my fellow triage person. If you're reproducing + fixing then great; if you can't reliably reproduce either we may need to investigate further - happy to help as needed with that!)

My bug report has not led to the bug being fixed, so my motivation to donate or participate has decreased. Nevertheless, I will donate because I like Thunderbird.

No! Working with 128.9.1esr (64-Bit)
As this bug was marked as resolved fixed I created a new bug 1961533 reporting issue in 128.9.2esr and in beta 138.0b3
